- Grate bars — various profiles (flat, stepped, ribbed) are available for different chain grate designs
- Side seals — cast iron and alloy steel side seals to prevent air leakage along the sidewalls
- Rollers — support and guide rollers for the chain belt assembly
- Pins and links — connecting pins and links for grate bar assembly
- Sprockets — drive and tail sprockets for chain belt systems
Materials
All parts are available in:
- Cr25Ni20 (310S) — for high-temperature zones up to 1100°C
- Cr26Ni12 — for medium-temperature applications
- Cr20Ni14 — cost-effective option for moderate-temperature zones
- Ductile iron — for rollers and sprockets
