Half round bolt
Half-round bolts are fasteners used on a chain grate. We supply small parts of this kind as spares on their own, or together with grate plates, pins and other parts as a set.
What the fasteners do on the chain
On a chain grate the grate plates and the related chain parts are joined by bolted fasteners, and the half-round bolt is one of them. There are many of them and each is small, so during maintenance they are usually replaced in groups together with square-head bolts and lock washers; this avoids mixing old and new parts and the loosening that follows.
Material and working temperature
The material for small bolted parts is chosen by the temperature at the mounting position. Common grades and their heat resistance:

The products meet the NB/T 47050-2016 technical standard, and the material can be customised to customer requirements.
