Rear guide device
The rear guide device is the guide part at the tail of a chain grate. We supply it as a replacement, matched to the customer’s grate model.
Keeping the return run on track
The return run of the chain has to keep to the correct path at the rear, and the rear guide device works together with the guide wheels and rollers in this section. Its fit with the links and pins must match the existing parts, so we suggest checking the drawing or the old part before replacement.
Material selection
The material of the rear guide device follows the temperature of its position; ductile iron or heat-resistant alloy castings are both available.

The grade is set by the actual temperature at the part. All parts are supplied to the NB/T 47050-2016 technical standard, and the material can be customised to customer requirements.
