Product introduction

The boiler grate spare parts we supply are produced by a cooperative factory equipped with two DISA casting lines from Denmark. The full range of grate spare parts can be supplied, and dimensions can be customized to customer requirements.

Material: HT200, HT250, RTSi5, RQTSi5, RTCr16, RTCr, RTCr2, RTCr5, RTCr2Si4Mo. Various materials can be customized to customer requirements. The products conform to the technical standard NB/T 47050-2016.

Material and grade

For the passive grate bar the grade is chosen by the working temperature at the mounting position and by the fuel. The partner factory supplies it against the grate model, the drawing and the measured size of the old part. Grades we commonly supply, with advantages, temperature limits and suitable fuels, are compared in grate bar materials and temperature limits. It belongs to the Travelling Chain Grate Spare Parts range, so the other parts of the same grate can be quoted in one order.
