We supply a complete set of replacement parts for travelling chain grate stokers, manufactured by the partner factory to OEM specifications using heat-resistant alloys.

• Grate bars — various profiles (flat, stepped, ribbed) are available for different chain grate designs
• Side seals — cast iron and alloy steel side seals to prevent air leakage along the sidewalls
• Rollers — support and guide rollers for the chain belt assembly
• Pins and links — connecting pins and links for grate bar assembly
• Sprockets — drive and tail sprockets for chain belt systems

Materials

All parts are available in:

• Cr25Ni20 (310S) — for high-temperature zones up to 1100°C
• Cr26Ni12 — for medium-temperature applications
• Cr20Ni14 — cost-effective option for moderate-temperature zones
• Ductile iron — for rollers and sprockets
