The cross-beam type, together with the flake type and the chain-belt type, is one of the chain grate forms the partner factory supplies for the combustion side of chain-grate boilers.

Production conditions and inspection
The partner factory’s production base sits in Wafangdian City and runs a Danish DISA casting line, turning out 20,000 tons of various castings a year. The plant covers 40,000 m², with 25,000 m² of workshop space. Before delivery every product goes through material composition analysis, dimensional verification and performance testing, and the products the partner factory supplies are certified to the ISO9001:2008 quality management system.
Shipping and follow-up supply
The equipment leaves the partner factory directly, and it can advise on model selection and supply matching parts for machines of the same tonnage. During project execution the partner factory provides full technical drawings, installation guidance and commissioning support, and the matching automatic coal feeder, slag remover, bucket elevator and refractory materials can be supplied in the same order.
