The partner factory has dispatched a 40-ton layered coal hopper and a coal mixer; both units went out in the same shipment.
What went out this time
This batch holds two units: a 40-ton layered coal hopper and a coal mixer, both built at the partner factory and dispatched from there. The layered coal hopper works in the boiler’s coal feed stage, while the coal mixer blends coal grades before they enter the furnace.

Support across the feed and conveying stages
The hopper and the mixer form part of the coal conveying system, sitting in the same feed and slag removal flow as the automatic coal feeder, bucket elevator and slag remover. The partner factory supplies all of these units, which makes it easy to match them on common interfaces within one project, and refractory materials can be bought in the same order.
Dispatch and technical liaison
Both units left the partner factory after inspection was completed, and the products it supplies are certified to the ISO9001:2008 quality management system. During project execution the partner factory provides full technical drawings, installation guidance and commissioning support; at the selection stage the hopper size is set by the boiler tonnage.
