The equipment and the boiler it serves
This grate is a 4-ton chain grate built for biomass, using the chain-belt conveying structure, and assembly was completed at the partner factory. The unit serves a 4 t/h biomass steam boiler and is also compatible with 2,400,000 kcal boilers.

Supplying as a grate component supplier
In this project the grate was supplied to match the boiler parameters of Wuxi Xinyi Boiler; it built the equipment to order and then loaded it for dispatch. The scope of supply covers mainly the grate itself, and the connection dimensions to the boiler body follow the unit concerned.
Condition before dispatch
The equipment was fully assembled at the partner factory and stands ready to ship. The partner factory supplies chain grates, reciprocating grates and the matching automatic coal feeder, slag remover, bucket elevator and refractory materials; goods can be dispatched from the partner factory, with model selection advice and matching parts included.
