Design features of the slag remover
The scraper and the chain are joined by connecting links, which makes removal and maintenance easier; the sprockets, the cast-steel scraper parts and the traction chain use high-strength round-link chain of the kind used in mining. Cast stone plates sit under the channel-steel base plate, and the head end is secured with channel steel. The chain has high mechanical strength and resists wear, fatigue and corrosion, with smooth transmission.
