Partner Factory Ships One 20-Ton Chain-Grate Furnace, the Wafangdian Grate Furnace Factory
The partner factory has shipped one 20-ton chain grate boiler, the Wafangdian grate works. The chain grate is mechanical layer-combustion equipment that can be matched to boilers of 1 to 25 t/h evaporation and is also used for heating and drying applications.
Scope
The chain grate is suitable for bituminous coal, lignite and peat. With special modifications it can also serve as the combustion system for biomass fuels such as bagasse, wood and rice husk.
Coal quality requirements
The coal used in this grate should meet the requirements in the table; where they conflict with the coal feed configuration, the higher of the two applies.

Primary air and shipment
The primary air temperature for this grate should not exceed 200℃. The equipment is dispatched from the partner factory, and the grate specification and matching parts are checked against the project boiler parameters before shipment.
