The partner factory shipped a 6-ton chain grate to Jiangsu
A 6t/h chain-belt grate has been sent to Jiangsu for the combustion side of a customer’s boiler.
Scope of application and how the model is chosen
Chain-belt grates serve boilers with evaporation capacities of 1-30t/h, burn bituminous coal, lignite and peat well, and also act as the combustion equipment for biomass fuels such as bagasse, wood and rice husk. The unit sent to Jiangsu this time is rated at 6t/h; at the selection stage the grate width and length were fixed by the furnace dimensions and the slag discharge method.

The partner factory and shipping coordination
The long-standing partner grate factory is in Wafangdian City, where the workshop area is 25,000 m² and a Danish DISA casting line is installed. Both the castings and the assembly of the Jiangsu unit were completed at that plant; after it left the factory the partner factory arranged transport and checked the packing list against the drawing numbers.
Spare parts and technical documents
The partner factory supplies complete chain grates and can also advise on model selection and match spare parts. Before delivery the products go through material composition analysis, dimensional verification and performance testing, and they are certified to the ISO9001:2008 quality management system.
