The partner factory shipped an 8-ton chain grate

The partner factory has shipped one 8-ton chain-belt grate.

In the chain-belt type grate, the grate surface is the chain belt itself; the chain is driven by chain wheels, so that the grate bars advance slowly. The grate bars are usually made of cast iron, and after assembly the necessary ventilation gaps are kept between the bars, and separate air chambers with adjustable air volume are often also arranged below the grate, so that air can pass through the gaps into the fuel bed for combustion.

Coal falls evenly from the coal hopper at the front end of the grate onto the grate. The thickness of the coal bed is adjusted by raising and lowering a coal gate. As the grate moves backwards, the coal goes from ignition through combustion until it is burned out. The ash and slag after burnout are discharged manually or mechanically. There is also a mode in which no coal hopper is used to feed coal, and instead a coal thrower throws the coal to the rear part of the grate and the grate moves forward. The speed of the grate is adjusted by a gear transmission according to different coal types and boiler loads.

The chain-belt type chain grate can be used to match boilers with an evaporation capacity of 1-30t/h, and is suitable for burning bituminous coal, lignite and peat. It can also serve as biomass fuel combustion equipment using bagasse, wood, rice husk, etc. as raw materials.

Scope of application: the chain-belt type chain grate is a mechanized layer-burning device, which can be used to match boilers with an evaporation capacity of 1-25t/h, and can also be used in various heating and drying equipment. It is suitable for burning bituminous coal, lignite and peat. After special design it can also serve as biomass fuel combustion equipment using bagasse, wood, rice husk, etc. as raw materials.
