The partner factory has dispatched a 25-ton biomass grate (Wafangdian grate factory); the model is a small flake grate.
Equipment and model
This grate was selected for the combustion conditions of biomass fuel, and its tonnage corresponds to the output of the boiler it serves. The grate links take a small flake form, and the model was fixed together with the layout dimensions of the boiler furnace.

Supporting equipment for biomass projects
The partner factory supplies flake grate, cross-beam grate, chain grate and reciprocating grate for solid waste, and the feeding and slag removal steps a biomass project needs can be matched in the same order. Common accessories include biomass screw feeders, automatic coal feeders, slag removers and bucket elevators, with a wood crusher available for fuel preparation.
Factory conditions and dispatch
The partner factory’s production base is in Wafangdian and runs a DISA casting line from Denmark, casting 20,000 tons of various castings a year on a site of 40000 square metres, with 25000 square metres of workshop space. Equipment leaves from this base after inspection is completed, and technical drawings and installation guidance can travel with the goods.
