Two 4-ton chain-grate furnaces have been shipped to Wuxi
Two 4-ton chain grate boilers have been shipped to Wuxi, dispatched directly by the partner factory. This order went out according to the scope of supply agreed for the project; tonnage and quantity follow the contract list.

Both units have the same capacity, 4 tons each, so they can be shipped against a single set of drawings and one spare-parts list.
Grate types and fuel conditions
By structure, chain grate stokers fall into chain, flake and cross-beam grate types, and the choice depends on boiler capacity, fuel type and site layout. The partner factory supplies all of these chain grate types as well as reciprocating grates for solid waste, and can add automatic coal feeders, slag removers, bucket elevators and similar equipment. Wearing parts such as grate bars, cross beams and connecting pins can be stocked at the same time.
Drawings and installation handover
Before dispatch, the partner factory checks the drawings against the packing list; afterwards it provides complete technical drawings, installation guidance and commissioning support. The partner factory’s production base sits in Wafangdian and covers 40000 m², with 25000 m² of workshop space, and castings are made on a Danish DISA casting line.
