The incineration system consists of a feeder, a grate, an ash hopper, an ash conveyor and a slag remover, and is suitable for domestic waste incineration projects with a daily processing capacity of 30~600 tons.

Main equipment
Hopper and feeder
The feeding system consists of a hopper and a feeder; a gate is provided inside the hopper and, while ensuring tightness, the gate also performs the arch-breaking function, so that when waste arches and blocks in the hopper, the arch is broken by the action of the gate. The feeder and the gate are driven by hydraulic cylinders and push a certain amount of waste into the incinerator through periodic reciprocating push-pull action, and the feeder can adjust the feeding speed according to the incinerator load.

Stepped grate
The municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration grate is a downward-pushing stepped inclined reciprocating grate, which is divided into three stages, drying, combustion and burnout, and a height difference is set between the grate sections, so that the waste is loosened when it falls and is pushed forward, while the waste is prevented from gathering together and causing incomplete combustion. The stepped grate is driven by hydraulic cylinders, the three grate sections can be controlled independently, and the movement cycle of the grate can be adjusted according to the combustion state in the furnace.
The grate is made of heat-resistant cast steel and has good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

Ash conveyor, slag remover
The ash system consists of an ash hopper under the furnace (which also serves as the air chamber), a horizontal ash conveyor and a slag remover. The small amount of fine ash produced after the waste is completely burned falls through the grate gaps into the ash hopper and is then gathered into the horizontal ash conveyor. The main ash and slag produced by waste combustion are pushed through the grate of the combustion section into the slag hopper and then enter the wet slag remover together with the fine ash. All the ash and slag are sent to the slag pit by the slag remover.

Complete waste incineration process scheme

Application scheme
50t/d
Process flow:①Waste into the furnace → incineration → cooling → flue gas treatment → compliant emission ②Waste into the furnace → incineration → waste heat boiler → flue gas treatment → compliant emission
Basic parameters:Daily processing capacity: 50t Saturated steam output: 3~5t/h
Scope of application:A project with a daily processing capacity of 50t is suitable for the harmless and volume-reducing treatment of domestic waste in small areas such as townships. Depending on the project, the high-temperature flue gas can be discharged after direct cooling and purification, or a 3~5t/h saturated steam boiler can be used to produce and sell steam. It is not suitable for power generation. The project scale is small; while meeting the same environmental standards, the investment per ton of waste is too high, the project has no profit point, and it is not economically feasible. It is suitable for non-profit demonstration projects or for sites with a reliable steam user, so as to add a certain output value. In this scheme the incinerator and the waste heat boiler are arranged separately and horizontally and connected by a high-temperature flue duct. Compared with traditional large waste incineration projects, the overall height of the equipment in this scheme is significantly reduced, and the total equipment height is below 20m.
100~200t/d
Process flow:Waste into the furnace → incineration → waste heat boiler → flue gas treatment → compliant emission
Basic parameters:Daily processing capacity: 100200t Saturated steam output: 820t/h
Scope of application:A project with a daily processing capacity of 100t is suitable for the harmless, resource-based and volume-reducing treatment of domestic waste in small areas such as townships, as well as for waste heat recovery and utilization, and is equipped with an 8~10t/h saturated steam boiler. The scale is rather small and unstable, so it is not suitable for power generation. However, the steam output is considerable and needs to be sold externally for profit or used in combination with other industries that need steam. The incinerator and the waste heat boiler are arranged separately and horizontally.
200~300t/d
Process flow:Waste into the furnace → incineration → waste heat boiler → flue gas treatment → compliant emission, steam used for power generation
Basic parameters:Daily processing capacity: 200300t Superheated steam output: 1630t/h Annual power generation: 3200~4800 ten thousand kWh
Scope of application:A project with a daily processing capacity of 200300t is suitable for the harmless treatment of domestic waste in counties and for waste heat recovery, and is equipped with a 2030t/h superheated steam boiler + 4~6MW steam turbine generator set.
