Biomass Screw Feeders and Coal Feeders

Biomass hopper structure and principle
The material locking device mainly consists of a storage bin, an impeller, blades, a rotating shaft and a discharge outlet. When the transmission mechanism drives the impeller to rotate, the lump material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartments through the material inlet and is carried to the discharge outlet by the rotation of the impeller. The whole working process can feed and discharge material continuously and quantitatively. The fit between the impeller and the casing is relatively tight. It has a certain airtightness, so the boiler furnace can be kept at a certain pressure during the discharge process.
