Biomass screw feeder and coal feeding machine: lock feeder structure
The new biomass screw feeder and coal feeding machine are key equipment of a boiler coal feeding system and can achieve even coal distribution, avoid fuel burning back, control the fuel quantity and prevent incomplete fuel combustion, ensuring high production efficiency, safety and reliability of the boiler.

Structure and principle of the biomass hopper
The lock feeder mainly consists of a storage bin, an impeller, blades, a rotating shaft and a discharge outlet. When the transmission mechanism drives the impeller to rotate, the lumpy material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartments through the feed opening and is carried to the discharge outlet and discharged as the impeller rotates. During the whole working process, material can be fed and discharged continuously and in a metered quantity. Because the fit between the impeller and the casing is relatively tight. It has a certain airtightness, so a certain pressure can be maintained inside the boiler furnace during discharge.
