Biomass twin-screw feeder and coal feeding machine

The new biomass twin-screw feeder and coal feeding machine are key components of a boiler’s feeding system. They achieve even fuel distribution, prevent fuel from flashing back, control the amount of fuel fed, and prevent incomplete combustion, ensuring high production efficiency as well as safe and reliable boiler operation.
▌Product introduction The new biomass twin-screw feeder and coal feeding machine are key components of a boiler’s feeding system. They achieve even fuel distribution, prevent fuel from flashing back, control the amount of fuel fed, and prevent incomplete combustion, ensuring high production efficiency as well as safe and reliable boiler operation.
▌Biomass hopper structure and working principle The lock feeder mainly consists of a storage bin, an impeller, blades, a rotating shaft, and a discharge outlet. When the drive mechanism rotates the impeller, the lumpy material falling from the hopper above enters the impeller chambers through the feed opening and is carried to the discharge outlet as the impeller turns. Throughout the process, the feeder supplies and discharges material continuously in a metered quantity. Because the fit between the impeller and the housing is fairly tight, it provides a degree of gas sealing, so the required pressure can be maintained inside the boiler furnace during discharge.
▌Coal feeding machine structure and parameters

| Model | Boiler capacity (t/h) | Coal hopper capacity (m²) | Rated power (kW) | Operating speed (m/s) |
|—|—|—|—|—|
| QGS4-A | 1–4 | 0.125 | 1.1 | ≥0.125 |
| QGS10-A | 6–10 | 0.2 | 1.1 |
▌Advantages 1. Easy to install and remove, robust structure; 2. Safe and reliable, widely used in the boiler industry.
