Strengthening technical support to empower enterprise development
Inside the production workshop of our partner factory, our reporter saw sparks flying from the welders and machines roaring as multiple automated production lines ran at full capacity — a scene of intense activity. The company is a private enterprise focused on the design, production, and sale of boilers and supporting equipment, with its production base in Paoya Township, Wafangdian. Its products enjoy a strong reputation not only in the domestic market but are also exported to more than 100 countries including Japan, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
In recent years, to better meet the steadily growing market demand, the company has worked to strengthen the competitiveness of its new-generation products. It has continuously introduced world-class production lines together with supporting large-capacity electric furnace melting and heating units and equipment for on-site temperature measurement and laboratory analysis. Through intelligent upgrading and digital transformation, it now produces some 200,000 tons of high-precision heat-resistant and standard grate components every year. At the same time, to meet national environmental and energy-efficiency standards, the company has built partnerships with a number of domestic and international research institutes and boiler combustion specialists, developing several patented technologies. Among them, its “tapered inlet air chamber” technology has solved the problem of low combustion efficiency on chain grates of various boilers: while lowering the oxygen content of the flue gas, it raises boiler thermal efficiency by 6%–10%, achieving the best possible energy saving and environmental results — currently the most reliable energy-saving and eco-friendly technology both at home and abroad. Last year the company also launched a biomass waste incinerator, further promoting the recycling of resources and sustainable economic development.
Beyond this, our partner factory maintains year-round technical cooperation with prestigious universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Harbin Institute of Technology, constantly strengthening its technical base to stay ahead of the industry. Looking ahead, the company will keep increasing its R&D investment — seeking innovation through reform and growth through competition — and contribute to the high-quality development of the local industrial economy.
