Strengthening technical support to empower enterprise development
Our partner factory’s production base is in Paoya township in this city, and it designs, manufactures and sells boilers and matching equipment, with products exported to more than 100 countries including Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia.
On the shop floor
Sparks fly and machines hum in the workshop, where several automated lines are running and the floor is busy. The plant is a private enterprise based in Paoya township, and its products enjoy a strong reputation in the domestic market and are exported to many countries.
Capacity and digital upgrading
To meet growing market demand the factory works on the competitiveness of its new products and has introduced production lines with large-tonnage electric furnace melting and heating units, on-site temperature measurement and laboratory analysis equipment. Through intelligent upgrading and digital transformation it can produce 20 ten-thousand tonnes a year of precision heat-resistant and standard grate components.
Patents and energy savings
To meet national environmental and energy-saving standards, the factory works with a number of research institutes and boiler combustion specialists at home and abroad and has developed several patented technologies. One patent, a converging air supply chamber, solves the low combustion efficiency of chain grates, cutting oxygen in the flue gas while raising boiler thermal efficiency by 6%-10%. Last year the factory also launched a biomass waste incinerator, further promoting resource recycling and sustainable economic development.
Technical cooperation and research
The factory maintains long-term technical cooperation with Peking University, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology and other well-known institutions, which supports product development. Next it will increase research investment, seeking innovation through reform and growth through competition.
