The production base is located in Wafangdian, an important industrial city in China, covering an area of more than 300,000 square meters. It currently employs more than 800 staff, including 100 R&D technicians, and is equipped with more than 600 main production and testing units, with five major production workshops for machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly.

Through a screening device, the coal is separated into layers by particle size (large particles at the bottom, medium particles in the middle, and fine particles on the surface), forming a loose coal bed structure that greatly reduces ventilation resistance, improves the uniformity of air distribution, and avoids “fire holes” and uneven combustion.

Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 and now holds fixed assets of more than 500 million RMB. Its parent company, Dalian Sunshine Boiler Auxiliary Co., Ltd., was founded in 1998 and is located in Yaojia Industrial Zone, Nanguanling Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian. It is one of the largest boiler auxiliary equipment manufacturers in China.
