India's largest boiler plant visits to inspect grate technology
On September 10, a delegation from India’s largest boiler plant arrived at our partner factory for an in-depth inspection and technical exchange on products such as cross-beam grates, reciprocating grates and flake grates, and expressed a strong intention to establish a long-term cooperative relationship. This exchange laid a solid foundation for the cooperative development of both parties in the field of boiler grates.
Our partner factory was founded in 2006 and is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is an enterprise specializing in the manufacture of general-purpose equipment. The company has a registered capital of 20 million RMB and possesses strong technical strength and rich production experience. Its production base in Wafangdian covers an area of more than 300,000 square meters and is equipped with more than 600 advanced production and testing units, spanning five major production workshops for machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly. The company currently employs more than 800 staff, including 100 R&D technicians, and can supply more than 10,000 sets of various energy-saving and environment-friendly grates to domestic and international markets every year.

During the inspection, the delegation from the Indian boiler plant learned in detail about our partner factory’s range of grate products. The cross-beam grate, one of the company’s signature products, adopts an inclined air-outlet design in which the air-outlet holes direct the air at a certain angle to the vertical, enabling the ventilation to spread horizontally through the coal layer more effectively. This significantly improves the mixing efficiency of coal and air while reducing coal leakage. The reciprocating grate is specially designed for biomass boilers and waste incineration: through the reciprocating movement of moving grate bars over fixed grate bars, the fuel is constantly tumbled, giving it strong adaptability to fuels of different qualities and high combustion efficiency. The flake grate, thanks to its unique overlapping design, effectively reduces coal leakage and operates with stable, reliable performance, making it widely used in various industrial boilers.

The technical teams of both sides held in-depth discussions on optimizing grate structure, improving combustion efficiency, and expanding the range of applicable fuel types. The Indian boiler plant highly praised our partner factory’s achievements in grate technology innovation and considered its products to have broad application prospects in the Indian market. After the inspection, the Indian boiler plant clearly expressed its willingness to engage in long-term cooperation with our partner factory, hoping to enhance its competitiveness in the Indian boiler market by introducing our partner factory’s advanced grate products and technology.
A relevant person in charge of our partner factory said that the visit of India’s largest boiler plant was an important opportunity for the company to expand into the international market. The company will actively respond to customer needs, further strengthen technology R&D and product innovation, and provide strong support for long-term cooperation between the two sides, jointly promoting the development and application of boiler grate technology in the international market.
