Our partner factory, Dalian Sunshine Boiler Auxiliary Machinery, has shipped 1 set of 25 tonne small flake biomass grate. The grate is mechanised layer-combustion equipment for boilers of 10-60t/h evaporation.
Scope of application
The grate burns bituminous coal, lignite and peat, with a coal hopper for automatic coal drop; it can also be fitted with air and a coal feeder, or inverted and paired with a mechanical air-blown spreader to become a mechanised suspension combustion chamber.
Coal quality requirements
The coal must meet the requirements below; where they conflict with the coal requirements of the stoking equipment, the higher of the two applies.

Air supply and matching equipment
Primary air temperature for this grate does not exceed 200℃, and does not exceed 160℃ when burning anthracite. The matching hopper drops coal automatically, and air-blown spreading can be added when stronger suspension combustion is needed, chosen to suit the boiler type and fuel.
