Full range of grate types: the complete product line of our partner factory

We have long cooperated with our partner factory in Dalian (Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd.) to provide customers with a full range of energy-saving and environment-friendly grate products. Our partner factory was founded in 2006 and now holds fixed assets of more than 500 million RMB.

The production base is located in Wafangdian, an important industrial city in China, covering an area of more than 300,000 square meters. It currently employs more than 800 staff, including 100 R&D technicians, and is equipped with more than 600 main production and testing units, with five major production workshops for machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly. Our partner factory has introduced two Danish DISA casting production lines, supported by four sets of large-tonnage electric furnace melting and heating units as well as modern testing equipment for temperature measurement, chemical analysis and the like. Every year it can supply more than 10,000 sets of various energy-saving and environment-friendly grates to domestic and international markets, and produce 200,000 tons of various heat-resistant and ordinary grate matching components.
