Full range of grate types: the complete product line of our partner factory

We cooperate with our partner factory in Dalian (Dalian Huiying Machinery Co., Ltd.) on a long term basis to supply customers with a complete range of energy saving and environmentally friendly grate products. The partner factory was founded in 2006 and now owns fixed assets of more than 5 hundred million yuan.

The production base is located in Wafangdian, an important industrial city in China, covering an area of more than 30 ten-thousand square meters; it currently has more than 800 employees and 100 R&D technicians, more than 600 main production and testing units, and five major production workshops for machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly. The partner factory has introduced 2 Danish DISA casting production lines, together with 4 sets of large tonnage electric furnace melting and heating units and modern testing equipment for temperature measurement, chemical analysis and the like.

Every year it can supply more than 1 ten-thousand sets of various energy saving and environmentally friendly grates to domestic and overseas markets, and produce 20 ten-thousand tons of various heat resistant and ordinary grate matching parts.
