Complete coverage of grate types
The grates the partner factory supplies cover the main forms of chain grate as well as reciprocating grates for solid waste; the products are made at the partner factory, and it ship from the factory.
Three forms of chain grate
Chain grates come in flake, cross-beam and chain-belt forms. The cross-beam chain grate can burn coal and can also burn biomass. The three forms differ in their grate bars and chain-belt structure, and are chosen according to the boiler furnace and fuel conditions.

Supply scope
| Category | Equipment |
|---|---|
| Grates | Flake, cross-beam and chain-belt chain grates; reciprocating grates for solid waste |
| Combustion and feeding | Municipal solid waste incinerators, automatic coal feeders, biomass screw feeders, layered coal hoppers, coal mixers |
| Conveying and slag removal | Bucket elevators, slag removers, chain conveyors |
| Other | Wood crushers, refractory materials |
Combustion surface of the reciprocating grate
On a reciprocating grate for solid waste, moving grate bars and fixed grate bars overlap alternately to form a stepped combustion surface. The moving bars reciprocate over the fixed bars and push the fuel forward. This type of grate accepts a wide range of fuels and can burn waste, biomass and similar fuels.

Shipping from the factory
The partner factory’s production base is in Wafangdian City; the factory ships the goods, and the partner factory can support selection and spare-part matching. The grate form is set by boiler capacity, fuel type and furnace dimensions.
