It comes in inclined and horizontal versions, and the inclined version commonly sits at 6°–20°. The unit sent to Hunan this time had its type confirmed against the customer’s boiler design, and the grate angle was checked together with the furnace structure when the order was placed.

Fuel flexibility
The reciprocating grate handles a wide range of fuels, burns low-grade coal, stirs the fuel bed strongly, and is simple in structure with a relatively low cost. How the partner factory supplies and the parts that come with it
The equipment was machined at the partner factory in Wafangdian and dispatched from there; that plant runs a Danish DISA casting line and produces 20,000 tons of various castings a year. The partner factory supplies the complete unit and can also advise on model selection and match parts; dimensional verification and performance testing take place before delivery, and the product is certified to ISO9001:2008.
