The partner factory shipped a 65-ton cross-beam grate

The cross-beam grate is a new type of cross-beam grate bar with inclined air discharge that is used on the cross-beam grate; unlike the vertical upward air discharge direction of existing grate bars, the air outlet direction of the vent holes in the inclined-discharge cross-beam grate bar forms an angle with the vertical direction. The horizontal velocity component that the grate air has when it leaves the grate bar is conducive to the horizontal diffusion of the air in the coal bed and to the mixing effect of coal and air, and at the same time can reduce the amount of coal leaking through the grate.

Scope of application, the cross-beam chain grate is a mechanized layer-firing unit with a compact structure. The cross-beam grate is suitable for boilers with an evaporation capacity of 20~40t/h and even larger.
