We supplied a 65-ton cross-beam grate

The cross-beam grate uses a new type of cross-beam grate bar with inclined air discharge. Unlike conventional grate bars whose air exits straight upward, the vent holes of the inclined-discharge cross-beam grate bar direct the air at an angle to the vertical. This gives the grate air a horizontal velocity component as it leaves the grate bar, which helps the air spread horizontally through the coal bed and improves the mixing of coal and air, while also reducing coal leakage through the grate. As for scope of application, the cross-beam chain grate is a mechanized, compact, and technically advanced grate-firing unit. Cross-beam grates suit boilers with an evaporation capacity of 20–40 t/h and even larger.
