30t/d70t/d100t/dComplete waste incineration system
We supply the 30t/d, 70t/d and 100t/d complete waste incineration systems with a push-down stepped inclined reciprocating grate. The grate is divided into drying, combustion and burnout sections and driven by hydraulic cylinders. The three sections can be controlled independently, and their movement cycle can be adjusted to the combustion state in the furnace.
Grate structure
A height difference between the three grate sections lets the waste fall and loosen, and the grate pushes it forward, preventing waste from collecting and burning incompletely. The grate is made of heat-resistant cast steel and resists wear, high temperature and corrosion.
Ho Chi Minh City project, Vietnam
The 70t/d domestic waste incineration project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, uses our three-section inclined reciprocating grate furnace and treats 70t of solid waste per day. The equipment has been built and is expected to enter service in 2024-12.
Zhengxiangbaiqi project
The rural pastoral human settlement improvement project in Zhengxiangbaiqi (Tsinghua University) uses our inclined reciprocating grate and treats 30t of domestic waste per day as small-scale waste incineration equipment. The project is under construction and is expected to enter service in 2024-11.
