Welding skill requirements
Welders need to be proficient in CO2 welding and solid-wire welding, the welds must be free of carbon damage, and most welding is on thin plate. Candidates who can read drawings and have practical experience in this industry are preferred.
Lathe and milling operators
The same recruitment batch also covers lathe operators and milling machine operators, announced together with the welder positions.
About the factory
The partner factory is in Wafangdian City and runs a Danish DISA casting line. It produces 20000 tons of various castings a year, the site covers 40000 square meters, and the workshop area is 25000 square meters.
