- Welders: 10 positions, male, no education requirement, aged 20–55. Monthly salary around 8,000 RMB. The work involves welding the exterior of grates. Applicants should be skilled in CO2 welding and solid wire welding, with no carbon-damage requirements; most work is on thin plates. Those who can read drawings and have hands-on experience in the industry are preferred.
