Reciprocating grates support the green and low-carbon transition of the industry
Guided by the “dual carbon” goals, the environmental upgrading of industrial combustion equipment has become an industry-wide consensus. Guided by the philosophy of “conserving energy to the fullest”, our partner factory has developed and manufactured reciprocating grates that achieve high-efficiency combustion and low emissions through technological innovation, providing core support for the green and low-carbon transition of the boiler industry.

Efficient combustion is the foundation for reducing emissions. By optimizing the furnace arch structure and the staged air supply system, the reciprocating grates of our partner factory enable precise control of the three stages of fuel preheating, combustion and burnout on the grate, achieving a combustion efficiency of over 95% — an improvement of 5%–8% over traditional grates. Full combustion not only reduces coal consumption, but also cuts carbon monoxide emissions by more than 30%, greatly reducing the emission of atmospheric pollutants.
For different application scenarios, our partner factory also offers dedicated environment-friendly reciprocating grates. In the field of biomass combustion, by adjusting the spacing of the grate bars and the frequency of movement, they solve the problems of easy coking and uneven combustion of biomass fuel, keeping nitrogen oxide emissions within EU standards. In the field of waste incineration, they have developed high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant grate bars which, combined with a secondary combustion system, effectively control the generation of toxic and harmful substances such as dioxins. Thanks to these environmental technology innovations, the reciprocating grates of our partner factory have been widely applied in environment-friendly heating and waste treatment projects across many regions of China, helping customers achieve the twin goals of meeting environmental standards and saving energy while improving efficiency.
