The partner factory supplies an 8-ton block grate, arranged to suit the layered-combustion requirements of the customer’s boiler.
Drawing confirmation and selection liaison
The width, segmentation and interface dimensions of this 8-ton block grate were set from the customer’s boiler drawings, and before the order the partner factory checked the furnace layout and the slag discharge method with the customer. The confirmed drawings then went to the partner factory for machining, with castings and fittings matched to the same drawing set.
The partner factory and casting supply
The partner factory is in Wafangdian City, produces 20,000 tons of various castings a year, and its castings come off a Danish DISA line. The castings and machined parts for this 8-ton grate were all made to drawing at that plant, while the partner factory handlesd drawing liaison, progress tracking and shipping coordination.
Factory inspection and parts supply
Before delivery the product goes through material composition analysis and dimensional verification, and the complete unit is then performance tested; the products the partner factory supplies are certified to the ISO9001:2008 quality management system. When grate parts need replacing later, the partner factory can supply them to the original drawings.
