The partner factory shipped a 6-ton chain grate to Henan
A chain-belt grate with an evaporation capacity of 6t/h has left the partner factory for a customer site in Henan, and technical drawings and installation guidance travelled with it.
Evaporation range and suitable fuels
Chain-belt grates serve boilers with evaporation capacities of 1-30t/h and burn bituminous coal, lignite and peat well; biomass fuels such as bagasse, wood and rice husk also work on this type of grate as the combustion equipment. The 6t/h unit supplied to Henan this time falls inside that evaporation range.

Machining and dispatch at the partner factory
The partner factory is in Wafangdian City, runs a Danish DISA casting line and produces 20,000 tons of various castings a year; the plant covers 40,000 m² with 25,000 m² of workshop space. This 6t/h chain-belt grate was machined, trial-fitted and packed there before dispatch, while the partner factory tracked production progress, checked the packing against the list and coordinated transport. Castings and machined parts are matched to a single set of drawings, which makes on-site assembly easier.
Factory inspection and documents that travel with the goods
Every product the partner factory supplies goes through material composition analysis, dimensional verification and performance testing before delivery, and is certified to the ISO9001:2008 quality management system. Technical drawings and installation guidance come with the machine, and the partner factory can help resolve on-site issues during commissioning. When wear parts need replacing later, the partner factory supplies them to the original drawings.
