We supply the buried scraper slag remover, with connecting rings between the scraper and the chain for easy removal and repair. The unit is supplied from our partner factory to match the grate capacity of the project, and the slag trough width and design length can be adjusted to the site layout.
Model and parameters
The table below lists common DQGZ-0 configurations; the lifting angle is 350 and the design length is given as a horizontal projection.
| Model | Lifting angle | Design length (horizontal projection) | Motor | Applicable grate capacity and number of units | Chain pitch | Slag trough width |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DQGZ-0 | 350 | 4m | Y100L-6 1.5KW | 4-10 t/h | 80 mm | 400 mm |
| 350 | 4.5m | Y100L-6 1.5KW | 15 t/h | 80 mm | 500 mm | |
| 350 | 4.5m | Y100L-6 1.5KW | 20 t/h | 80 mm | 600 mm |
The same model covers 4-10 t/h, 15 t/h and 20 t/h grates, all with a Y100L-6 1.5KW motor and 80 mm chain pitch. Selection requires the grate capacity, the number of units and the slag trough layout dimensions.

Structure and materials
The structure has four points: (1) the scraper and chain are joined by connecting rings for easy removal and repair; (2) the sprockets, cast steel scraper parts and traction chain all use high-strength round-link chain of mining grade; (3) cast stone slabs are laid under the channel-steel panel; (4) the head is fixed with channel steel. This gives the chain high mechanical strength and resistance to wear, fatigue and corrosion, with flexible and reliable transmission.
Application and supply
Besides the buried scraper slag remover, we can supply heavy-duty frame chain, screw and anchor chain slag removers to suit the project. The drive arrangement is flexible and runs reliably; we confirm the model and length after checking the site conditions.
