Refractory Cement Fire Cement For Industrial Furnace

Refractory Cement Fire Cement For Industrial Furnace

We supply refractory cement for industrial furnace linings with a refractoriness of at least 1580 degrees Celsius. It resists thermal shock, strong acids and wear, and bonds corundum and high-alumina clinker.

We supply refractory cement, a castable monolithic refractory with a refractoriness of not less than 1580℃. It can be used to lay refractory bricks or repair the linings of industrial furnaces, and is dispatched from our partner factory according to project requirements.

Performance

A refractory must resist decomposition by heat, pressure and chemical attack while keeping its strength and shape at high temperature; its structure is polycrystalline, multiphase, inorganic, non-metallic, porous and heterogeneous. Refractory cement has a refractoriness of not less than 1580℃ and resists thermal shock, strong acid and wear. It can be cast or trowelled on site, which helps form a continuous lining.

Applications

Refractory cement bonds refractory aggregates such as corundum and calcined high-alumina bauxite, and can be mixed into refractory mortar or refractory concrete. It is used for lining and repairing cement rotary kilns and other industrial furnaces.

Supply

We supply and sell a range of refractory materials for different thermal equipment and kilns. Our partner factory has a large refractory production line, and its mature process and equipment keep prices competitive. Email us for a quotation or technical advice.
