We supply refractory bricks made of refractory ceramic material for lining kilns, furnaces, fireboxes, incinerators and heaters. Ordinary refractory bricks are made from natural refractory clay, sand and crushed clay, and withstand temperatures up to 1600℃.
Composition and temperature limit
Ordinary refractory bricks contain 50%-75% silica, 20%-40% alumina and less than 10% flux.
| Component | Content |
|---|---|
| Silica | 50%-75% |
| Alumina | 20%-40% |
| Flux | Less than 10% |
This composition allows the brick to serve as an acid-resistant furnace lining and to hold its shape at high temperature.
Applications and performance
The bricks are fired at high temperature in large industrial furnaces and are intended for high-temperature service; their low thermal conductivity helps reduce heat loss. Dense refractory bricks are used where mechanical, chemical or thermal stress is greater.
Supply
We supply and sell a range of refractory materials for different thermal equipment and kilns. Our partner factory has a large refractory production line and can arrange dispatch and quotation to project requirements.
