Grate Spare Parts

Grate Spare Parts

Product introduction

The partner factory is equipped with two Danish Disha casting production lines. As a supplier, we can provide a complete set of spare parts for boiler grates. Various materials can be customized according to customer requirements. The products meet the American ANSI/ASTM standard.

Material: HT200, HT250, RTSi5, RQTSi5, RTCr16, RTCr, RTCr2, RTCr5, RTCr20, ZG35Cr24Ni4, RTCr2Si4Mo

Grate bars and grate spares can be supplied in several cast iron and heat-resistant alloy grades, and the grade follows the measured temperature at the mounting position and the fuel that is burned. The table compares the grades we commonly supply; it is the starting point for selection, and the partner factory then supplies the part against the grate model, the drawing and the measured size of the old part.

Materials, temperature limits and suitable fuels

Material Advantages Disadvantages Temperature resistance Applicable fuel Applicable grate
HT200 Simple process, low cost Poor heat resistance and corrosion resistance 480℃ Low calorific value coal Chain belt grate

ZG40CR24 Wear resistant, heat resistant and high temperature resistant, no oxidation over long service Extremely high production cost 1250℃ Various coals, biomass Boiler grates of all types
ZGCr25Ni Wear resistant, heat resistant and high temperature resistant, no oxidation over long service Extremely high production cost 1350℃ Various coals, biomass Boiler grates of all types
RTCr2Si4Mo Wear resistant, heat resistant and high temperature resistant, no oxidation over long service Extremely high production cost 1500℃ Various coals, biomass Boiler grates of all types

Order of selection

  1. Confirm where the part sits in the grate and the temperature it works at.
  2. Pick the suitable grate type and grade from the fuel, coal or biomass.
  3. Confirm the supply against the grate model, the drawing and the measured size of the old part.

Parts of one grate can be quoted together, and the grade of the delivered parts is confirmed with the partner factory on the order.

Sub-products

For a quotation, send the grate model, the part drawing or the measured dimensions of the old part.
