Product introduction
The new biomass screw feeder and coal feeder are key equipment of the boiler feed system; they achieve uniform material distribution, avoid fuel back-burning, control the fuel quantity and prevent incomplete fuel combustion, so that the boiler runs with high production efficiency, safely and reliably.
Structural principle of the biomass hopper
The locking device consists mainly of a silo, an impeller, blades, a rotating shaft and a discharge outlet. When the drive mechanism turns the impeller, the lumpy material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartment through the inlet and is carried to the discharge outlet by the rotation of the impeller for discharge. The whole working process can feed and discharge material continuously and quantitatively. Because the fit between the impeller and the casing is fairly tight, the device has a certain airtightness, which ensures that a certain pressure is maintained in the boiler during discharge.
