Product introduction
The new biomass screw feeder and coal feeder are key equipment of the boiler feeding system; they can achieve uniform distribution of material, avoid fuel back-burning, control the fuel quantity, prevent incomplete fuel combustion and ensure high production efficiency, safety and reliability of the boiler.
Structural principle of the biomass hopper
The material locking device mainly consists of a silo, an impeller, blades, a rotating shaft and a discharge outlet. When the driving mechanism drives the impeller to rotate, the lump material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartment through the feed inlet and is carried to the discharge outlet and discharged as the impeller rotates. The whole working process can feed and discharge material continuously and quantitatively. Because the fit between the impeller and the housing is relatively tight, the device has a certain sealing performance and can ensure that a certain pressure is maintained in the boiler during discharging.
