Structural principle of the biomass hopper
The material locking device mainly consists of a silo, an impeller, blades, a rotating shaft and a discharge outlet. When the drive mechanism drives the impeller to rotate, the lump material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartment through the material inlet and is carried to the discharge outlet for discharge with the rotation of the impeller. The whole working process can feed and discharge material continuously and quantitatively. Because the fit between the impeller and the housing is relatively tight, the device has a certain sealing property and can ensure that a certain pressure is maintained in the boiler during discharge.
