Traditional paper documents are easy to lose, which brings great inconvenience to installation, commissioning, and later maintenance. To address this industry pain point, our partner factory adopts Maidi identification-resolution IoT code technology to create a dedicated “digital profile” for each reciprocating grate. After the code is printed on the metal nameplate, customers can scan the code to view the detailed parameters, operating manual, precautions, and other information for the custom grate, thoroughly solving the problem of managing paper documents.

Digital services extend even further into installation and operation and maintenance. After installation personnel scan the code on site to sign in, they can record the installation and commissioning process through video, voice, and images, which not only facilitates workload statistics but also provides complete data support for later maintenance. Once the equipment is in operation, customers can scan the code to report operating conditions, allowing our partner factory’s technical team to obtain information in real time and promptly provide troubleshooting and maintenance recommendations. At present, the company not only codes every grate leaving the factory but also applies this technology to the main production equipment in its workshops, building a comprehensive digital management system.
