A biomass grate furnace feeding system consists of storage, conveying and auxiliary equipment and is the core module of biomass combustion equipment. Its design and operation directly affect combustion efficiency and stability.

System composition

The storage unit holds the biomass fuel before it enters the furnace, the conveying unit delivers the fuel into the furnace, and the auxiliary equipment supports both to complete feeding. The three parts are configured for the boiler type and fuel conditions to form a continuous feeding flow.

Technical features

The system uses automatic control, and the feed rate can be adjusted to the combustion demand; because biomass fuels vary widely in particle size, moisture and shape, the feeding section has to handle complex fuels. Sealing and anti-clogging measures reduce air leakage and blockages in the fuel path so that feeding stays continuous.
