The partner factory custom-built the 8-ton chain conveyor and shipped it to Guangdong, made to the conveying requirements of the customer’s site.

Custom fabrication and shipment

This chain conveyor was built to the customer’s site layout and conveying requirements; it was machined and trial-assembled at the Wafangdian partner factory before shipment, with Guangdong as the destination. Before dispatch the partner factory checked the frame dimensions, the chain assembly and the packing list, and sent drawings and installation instructions with the goods.

Equipment that can be supplied together

Besides the chain conveyor, the partner factory also supplies automatic coal feeders, bucket elevators, slag removers, biomass screw feeders, wood crushers and refractory materials. These can be supplied as one package with grates and boiler systems in the same project, which reduces the interface problems that come with buying from several suppliers.

Factory capacity and pre-delivery checks

The partner factory is in Wafangdian City, with a workshop area of 25000 square meters and an annual output of 20000 tons of various castings. Before the conveyor leaves the factory, dimensional verification and assembly checks are completed, and the product has passed ISO9001:2008 certification.
