Our partner factory is based in Wafangdian and covers an area of more than 300,000 square meters. It employs more than 800 people, including over 100 R&D and technical staff. It operates more than 600 pieces of advanced production equipment spread across five main workshops covering machining, riveting and welding, casting, and assembly. Its machining equipment and testing facilities are complete, providing full support for grate production.

The factory has introduced two Danish Disa casting production lines, supported by four large-capacity electric furnace melting and heating units as well as modern testing equipment for on-site temperature measurement and laboratory analysis. These advanced facilities guarantee high-quality casting for grate production. Every year, it supplies more than 10,000 sets of energy-saving and eco-friendly grates to domestic and overseas markets, producing some 200,000 tons of heat-resistant and standard grate components of various kinds.
