The partner factory shipped a 25-ton small flake grate to Zhejiang

The production base of the partner factory is located in Wafangdian City and covers an area of more than 300000 square meters. The company has more than 800 employees, including more than 100 R&D and technical staff. It owns more than 600 advanced production machines covering 5 major production workshops such as machining, riveting and welding, casting and assembly. Its machining equipment is complete and its testing means are fully provided, which gives all-round support for grate production.

The company has introduced 2 DISA casting lines from Denmark, together with 4 sets of large-tonnage electric furnace melting and heating units and modern testing equipment such as on-site temperature measurement and laboratory analysis. This advanced equipment provides high-quality casting support for grate production. Every year the company can supply more than 10000 sets of energy-saving and environmentally friendly grates to domestic and overseas markets, and produces 20 ten-thousand tons of heat-resistant and standard grate parts of various kinds.
